The single most important day in July
It's also National Postage Stamp Day but that's slightly less relevant
Obviously I’m talking about July 1st, which marks the release date of Storyteller: A Tanith Lee Tribute Anthology, featuring my story “Death Valley ‘71”.
Since Storyteller’s release week will of course encompass the Fourth of July, I can heartily assure all patriotic Americans reading this that my story - which begins with the narrator encountering a weird hippie girl in prison who believes that her cult-leader boyfriend who is definitely not Charles Manson communicates with different and possibly malign planes of cosmic existence through his music, and ends with a drug-and-religious-zealotry-fueled conflagration out in the desert near Joshua Tree - is 100% in keeping with the spirit of American national pride.
The book’s available to order right now from all the usual suspects (as listed in the above slideshow, which you of course have already watched avidly), and we’d appreciate it if you’d leave some reviews.
